Consultations may include a review of your medical history, baby’s medical history, your breastfeeding goals, an infant assessment, a breast assessment for the parent, a latch and oral functional evaluation for baby, weight check/assessment, weighted feed, low supply resolution, flange sizing  pumping evaluation, herbal support or relactation assistance. Breastfeeding concerns will be addressed during this time and parents will recieve a detailed visit summary and care plan with any recommendations made by the IBCLC.
*Appointment time is approximately 60 to 75 minutes for one baby .
*We will likely have time to address 1 or 2 concerns per visit. 

Follow-up consultations are tailored to the family’s needs but may include continued assistance with latch, positioning, milk supply, weight concerns, pumping questions and more. Follow-ups may also include post-frenotomy questions, care, rehabilitation and reassessment of function. Parents will also recieve a detailed visit summary and care plan.
*Appointment time is approximately 45 to 60 minutes for one baby.

Examples of specialty appointments include: prenatal, lactation suppression/”drying up”, weaning, functional oral assessments (for bottlefed babies only), nursing during pregnancy, and TummyTime! Method therapy. If there is something you feel may be considered a specialty appointment that has not been covered, please reach out and ask!

Weight checks and weighted feeds are only for established clients who desire to closely monitor baby’s weight gain or milk transfer. Parents will receive a weight check summary. Specialty follow-ups fall under this same pricing.
*Appointments time is approximately 30 minutes.

Home visits are only available as a self-pay option or in some special circumstances. Travel fees are not included in the base price (see below). Please e-mail, call or text me to check availability for home visit appointments.
